Payment Accepted:

• Cash guests are required to provide photo ID upon check-in.
• If payment is being made by a person other than the guest checking in, a form giving permission to charge for their stay must be provided to the hotel. This form can be found here. It can be faxed in advance to (605) 559-1212, along with a copy of the card..

Children:

Children under 17 years of age stay free in the same room as their parents. Up to 3 children per room.

We require one person in each party to be at least 21

Cancellation Policy:

• 24-hour cancellation notice is required for individual reservations (need to cancel by 4 PM local time on the day prior).
• Most late cancellations and no shows are subject to a one night's room charge plus tax for each room that failed to cancel or show, however some rate types have exceptions.  Please contact your booking agent or the hotel for more details about your reservation type.
• Some special events and weekends require a deposit, larger cancellation fee, and a longer cancellation notice.
• Some reservations are non-cancellable, and others may have a cancellation fee.  Contact your booking agent or the hotel for more details.
• Groups are subject to the quoted cancellation policy.

Pets Welcome:

We do allow pets, however they must be declared at registration registered and only in our "pet friendly rooms".

• We accept cats, dogs and other species
• Pet rooms are located in specified rooms only
• We understand that all pet owners are not smokers, and do not automatically put pets in smoking rooms as other properties do, unless this a smoking room requested in advance
• Pets are required to have supervision at all times and not left in the room alone.
• Pets which create a noise disturbance may be asked to remove their pet from the property if it creates a nuisance for other guests
• There is no size restriction, but guests must be responsible for any damage caused by their pet
• Pets must be caged or removed from room for housekeeping
• A non-refundable daily fee of $10.00 per pet is required
• There are many parks and trails within walking distance of the hotel, including the Spearfish Creek trail right behind the hotel

Due to serious health risks we must maintain our pet free rooms, free of animal dander, a $100 cleaning fee is imposed for undeclared (or under-declared) pets.
