Weekly and Monthly Rates
These rates are offered from Tuesday, September 6, 2011 until Friday, June 15, 2012.
They offer a substantial savings off the nightly rate for guests who
plan to stay longer than a few nights. In recent years, these rates are quite popular,
and availability is limited, so it is advisable to book these in advance.
They are only available by booking directly with the property and not through other booking sources.
Contact us at (605) 559-3333 to make your reservation.

Rental conditions:
- A refundable room deposit is required for weekly and monthly rentals
and is refundable provided there is no property damage.
- No personal checks are accepted for payment - cash and credit cards only.
- There will be no partial refunds for early checkouts.
- The rent is fully payable in advance.
- For monthly rates, we use a 30 day month beginning on your check-in date.
- We are unable to offer any AAA, AARP, or Government discounts for weekly or monthly rates.
- We are neither able to change your room rental from weekly to monthly once it has begun nor
can we apply credit retroactively. Rate plan changes can only occur at the end of your current rental period.
- To maintain sanitary standards for all guests, we are required to come into your room one
time per week to clean and to change linens. We can agree to a particular day of the week in
advance that works best for you. However, you must remove your personal belongings from the
beds to allow our housekeepers to make the beds.
- If you want your room cleaned more than once per week by our staff, there is an additional $5 charge per cleaning.
- The room rate is increased by $10 (weekly rate) or $20 (monthly rate) for every additional
adult or every two children. The number of adults is the maximum number of adults that will occupy the room.
- We are required to know the identity of everyone occupying your room. You must declare overnight guests,
and the charge for overnight guests will be $10/person.
- There is no smoking permitted in our non-smoking rooms. If we detect that smoking has occurred in a
non-smoking room, we reserve the right to charge you a cleaning fee of $150.
- There is a large black trash can located behind our main building on Third Street for guest use. Put trash inside the can, not outside or next to the trash can.
- The pet fee is payable in advance and all pets must be declared if the pet enters your room under any
circumstance. Not all of our rooms are pet-friendly so please book this in advance. This pet fee is $25 (weekly rate)
or $100 (monthly rate) per pet. For the monthly rate,
the pet fee is for the entire duration of your stay, but if damage occurs, we reserve the right to
increase this fee, demand a refundable deposit, or (in rare circumstances) request the pet to be removed from our property.
Pets are not to be left alone in the room for extended periods of time.
If your pet should damage your room, you will be charged for those damages.
- An occupancy fee of $2/week or $8/month is charged in addition to the room rate.
- If room damage beyond normal wear and tear occurs, the damages will be taken from your deposit.
- There will be no tolerance of any type of illegal behavior on the premises. If illegal behavior is found to occur,
you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
