BHSU Weekly and Monthly Rates

• Want to live close to campus but keep a pet or two?
• Want to live alone, have a furnished room with fridge and microwave, cable TV and wi-fi provided?
• Want to escape a problem roommate or have more time to study?

These BHSU student rates are offered from September 6, 2011 until May 9, 2012, with an extension until mid-June possible. They offer a substantial savings off for students. These rates are quite popular, and availability is limited, so it is advisable to book these in advance. They are only available by booking directly with the property and not through other sources. We offer BHSU students the following monthly rates for 2011-12:

Non-smoking room with one queen bed and fridge/microwave/cable TV:	$349
Non-smoking room with two double beds and fridge/microwave/cable TV:	$374
Smoking room with two double beds and fridge/microwave/cable TV:	$374
Non-smoking room with one king bed and fridge/microwave/cable TV:	$374
Smoking room with one king bed and fridge/microwave/cable TV:	$374
Non-smoking room with two queen beds and fridge/microwave/cable TV:	$399

Conditions:

• BHSU student ID required.
• Refundable $200 deposit required. This deposit is required and is refundable provided there is no property damage.
• Extra person is $20 per month.
• Pets are $100 per pet for your entire stay, not per month.
• The pet fee is payable in advance and all pets must be declared if the pet enters your room under any circumstance. Not all of our rooms are pet-friendly so please book this in advance. This pet fee is $25 (weekly rate) or $100 (monthly rate) per pet.
• Wi-fi available and included in your room rate
• Daily continental breakfast included in your room rate
• Weekly houskeeping service included in your room rate. We are required to come into your room one time per week to clean and to change linens. We can agree to a particular day of the week in advance that works best for you. However, you must remove your personal belongings from the beds to allow our housekeepers to make the beds.
• If you want your room cleaned more than once per week by our staff, there is an additional $5 charge per cleaning.
• There will be no partial refunds for early checkouts.
• The rent is fully payable in advance.
• For monthly rates, we use a 30 day month beginning on your check-in date.
• We are unable to offer any AAA, AARP, or Government discounts for weekly or monthly rates.
• There is no smoking permitted in our non-smoking rooms. If we detect that smoking has occurred in a non-smoking room, we reserve the right to charge you a cleaning fee of $150.
• Pets are not to be left alone in the rooms. If your pet should damage your room, you will be charged for those damages.
• An occupancy fee of $2/week or $8/month is charged in addition to the room rate.
• If room damage beyond normal wear and tear occurs, the damages will be taken from your deposit.
• There will be no tolerance of any type of illegal behavior on the premises. If illegal behavior is found to occur, you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
